Therapy
I have an online/remote therapy practice
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with individuals in California. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals looking to expand and grow with regular therapy sessions. I am passionate about helping people feel liberated in their expression of gender, sex and sexuality. You can count on me to be well versed in relationship challenges, relational changes (family, friends, lovers, etc.), depression, anxiety, and disabilities. I work with both individuals and couples.

- My approach
Somatic body/mind centered - The body is home to the nervous system and where trauma remains long after the events of the past are over. I endeavor to increase awareness on how the body, mind and spirit are showing up and how to engage with our parts in a holistic way.
Social justice orientation - I work with clients to unlearn stories of worthlessness inherited from our dominant culture.
Client centered - I believe all clients hold the tools to their own healing. I meet each client where they are in their healing journey.
Harm reduction - I work with clients on setting reasonable, attainable goals for your substance or alcohol use in a non-judgemental way.
Health at every size - I work to dismantle anti-fat bias in all of the work I do, personally and professionally.

Consultant
I have worked as a clinical consultant in many arenas, including the non-profit and medical sector. My offerings as a consultant include: Case Management Administration and Financial Considerations, Professional Development for Case Managers (Case Reviews, Documentation Skills Support and Quality Assurance), and Budget Planning.
Please note:
I do not accept insurance or work with insurance agencies, but am able to offer you a super bill for reimbursement. If you are looking for therapists covered by your insurance, the best route is to ask your insurance for a list of providers.
